DXM and Fluoxetine help plz...

Ok so ive been taking Fluoxetine 20mg for 10 days now. A week at 20mg a day and the past 3 days 40mg a day im trying to dxm trip ive been doing it for years built my tolerance up so i have to take 3bottles of Robo (60pills). zzz sucks... anyways im wondering when its ok to take it last time i took my Fluoxetine was about 24hrs ago maybe a little longer aint tryin to get serotonin syndrome thx for your answers
