DXM and Effexor. Is it safe?

AFOAF wants to know if tripping on DXM while on Effexor is safe for her or not. Are any DXM trippers out there on Effexor?

DO NOT USE DXM WHILE ON EFFEXOR!

It can cause serotonin syndrome which can be fatal!
