Dxm and Dimenhydrinate

Dxm and Dimenhydrinate combined??

I have robo tripped on different occasions, and I was wondering if it was a good or bad idea to mix in some dimenhydrinate. I would greatly appreciate some imput on this mix. Hopefully I hear back in time. Thanks

I would take only one dimenhydrinate pill (50mg) to counter the nausea, any more seems to alter the trip in a confusing way, in my experience. It's hard to describe, but for me the dimenhydrinate makes the trip hazier and harder to "control"...it could just be me, though it depends if you like dimen. on it's own.
I've tripped on dimenhydrinate alone and I hated it, I completely lost my mind and forgot what I was doing, while I was doing it, and it left me with an extremely uncomfortable feeling...I would stick to just DXM, and only take the dimenhydrinate to help with nausea rather then enhancing the trip.

dimenhydrinate, diphenhydramine, etc. are horrible trips and are even more horrible for you. Talk about instant brain damage...

Just stick to psychs or if you must DXM.

D+dh combo is supposed to help with the nausea if you only take one pill. It's supposed to make it a lot better from what i've heard, the only downside is it makes you a littler bit more tired.

25-50mg helps nausea.

125mg made me patient enough to sit down and not dance, which sounds retarded but it always happens for a while anywhere below a high third. This did help immerse me more obviously in little movies in my head, but the combo at this or any higher of a dose really can't be healthy.

Little doses mixed were interesting, but I am not gonna be a 420chan'er and take large or even moderate doses of deliriants with DXM.

also be aware that DH/DPH probably is metabolized by the same (CYP450) enzyme that metabolizes DXM, so if you have never combined the two it is a good idea to be aware of [dangerous] potentiation and possible increased duration and toxicity. A single dose (50mg) of DH/DPH is probably fairly safe in combination with most doses of DXM, but i would not recommend going above this.

High doses of DPH+DXM are probably just as dangerous as the notorious CCC (CPM+DXM)

It's hard to find much on the combo in high doses. I'll take it easy and just do 1.8g of dxm and 300mg dimen then 800mg codeine and plenty of weed then i'll post the results.
I'd sujest people who wan't to live forget about this combo.

Are you serious? 1.8 grams is a terribly high dose already. Aside from the potentiation you're going to have from inhibiting CYP2D6 enzymes with the dimenhydrinate and weed, you're going to add some (more) respiratory suppression as well by taking a pretty good dose of codeine. That's a little reckless, I can only hope you'll be able to post the results. You're going to at least have a trip sitter there, right?

1.8 g is a massive amount of dextromethorphan. Dimenhydrinate significantly potentiates DXM by acting as a CYP inhibitor, you could get serotonin syndrome at that level, which is not fun. I think you'll find 700 mg / 300 mg to be a very strong trip indeed.
