dxm and celexa how long should i wait?

Alright, well i took 40 mg of citropralm(celexa) about 3 days ago and i want to do dxm again
But last time i had the worst experince with dxm because i rolled the day before i dropped 250 mg of dxm and had the worst experince of seratonin syndrome(sp?) So at all costs i'm trying to avoid throwing up 12 times and have my body temperature shoot up and drop down every20 min. So am i good to drop dxm today or should i wait? Thanks in advanced for the answers.

For many purposes like switching to an MAOI I'm finding a two week washout period mentioned. Celexa has a much shorter half life than prozac so a shorter washout might be OK but for the sake of avoiding problems like you encountered last time I think 2 weeks is a good rule of thumb.

I wana add that i only took that one dose 3 days ago im not on it i was givin two told they were xanax and then was told it was celexa 20 mg and i took two so it should be out of my system? Correct me if im wrong?.

Theres no way of knowing for sure, so your best bet (to avoid repeating the situation you described in your first post) is to wait that washout period. One week at a minimum, I would say. Two weeks (as Enki mentioned) to be 100% sure.
