i did some searching and couldnt find a clear answer. i did the agent lemon extraction and am left with 30 ml. now i realize i dont have a time to use this stuff for another 2 or 3 weeks. will it still be usable in this long?? also is it possible to pour the agent lemon into a dish and let it evaporate? will i be left with some lemon DXM sludge?

Sure, but the lemon gunk might mould. Throw it out and do it again in 2 weeks, or keep it in really really acidic benzoic acid/benzyl alcohol solution or something else to prevent bacteria and mould from growing.
