Hey fellow Bluelighters;
I had my first (kinda*) adventure with DXM on Friday and am still experiencing some negative things.
On Friday night (around 9-10 PM) I downed 360 mg of DXM in the form of gelcaps and started feeling it around 12 PM.
Well, I had a great time and since Im a lightweight IMO (140 lbs) it was (for me) a pretty intense experience.

Even had an afterglow for like the whole morning after and this is when things start to get down:

Since then I'm not feeling any appetite (Well, my stomach tells me I have to eat but I just cant get anything down),
Im having sporadic headaches every couple hours (they just last for 10-20 seconds, but still...) and, well... I am experiencing
some pretty annoying diarrhea (please dont laugh). Have any of you experienced something similar?
If so, I could really need some help (it starts to hurt down there people)8(.

But I think i'll stay away from this substance, it just doesnt really appeal to me and the side effects annihilate any benefits for me

*(why just kind of? I already wanted to try this two months ago, but I ate all the caps (600mg) while I was really stoned/drunk
and I just passed the fuck out)

The side effects you mentioned aren't uncommon but they're usually gone within a day or two, if not after the comedown (that is if you even get them at all). Just be patient these symptoms will go away soon enough. Try and take some tylenol for your headaches and immodium for your diarrhea.

I know it may seem hard but you might be surprised at how much better you would feel if you force yourself to eat a light meal. It's not rare for headaches to be brought on or worsened from too little food or water, though it is a bit weird that they come and go so quickly. It's also important that you stay hydrated when having diarrhea. Hope you get well soon :)
