dxm + adderall

ok so around 3:30 i ingested 15mgs IR adderall with 1.5mgs xanax and 20mgs hydrocodone

at 8pm i took 30mgs hydrocodone + 2mgs xanax + 20mgs DXM + 15mgs DPH

its now 10pm and i know the risk of Serotonin Syndrome but i sort of want to take 20-40mgs of DXM to bring back the effects of the hydro because i dont really feel shit from it....


do you guys think ill be alright? i would have just drank but the hydro/had apa in it lbleh : /

20-40mgs dxm should be absolutely fine to take....id advicse against takign more then 100mgs tho.

ya you should be fine with that amount. i've taken up to over 100mg of DXM in a day (not all at once, but like 2 servings in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, etc.) in order to help prevent adderall tolerance during an intense cram week for classes, and have never noticed any signs of serotonin syndrome.

not sure how much it will help taking DXM this late in the game though, as you did dose your hydrocodone awhile ago, and I don't think the DXM will magically help intensify your dose to a noticeable extent.
