I'll keep this concise since we've got a lot of dxm trip reports in here :)

Some of the 1st plateau effects hit me within a few minutes, along with those effects came the worst nausea I felt in my entire life. I had already decided that I wasn't going to throw up and waste the money I spent on my dxm, so I stayed in bed and bore with the nausea. After a few minutes of stomach sickness, I was okay.
As time went on the effects became more and more intense, and within a few more minutes I was sitting in front of my computer with my legs up on my bed, and I could not feel my body at all. It was the 3rd plateau.

The lights were off, and what was left with me was my numb body, the music, and my mind. I began to play with my imagination, and everything in the world began to make sense. I became a god, and I could see anything I wanted to see and manipulate reality. There's no doubt that I hit the fourth plateau. I visited the extents of the universe; I went beyond the milky way. I saw a timeline and the deaths of humans; their lives zoomed by like lightning, their lives were meaningless, just like mine.

I can barely describe what I went through during the trip, but it was the most amazing experience in my life. I warped through time, and I saw the inner me.

Very nice. I love the fourth plateau, but its almost too intense and there is nothing as emotional as when you come back from it.

4th plateau is some serious stuff. I havent done DXM in years but if I ever were to again (unlikely) I would probably only go for that level.

DXM isn't cough medicine, it's in cough medicine. DXM is a dissociative drug which is still legal. It can be found in many OTC cough syrups, but the best way to get it is to buy it pure from an online supplier, which we can't name in this forum. It's actually a opioid, that is, it's structurally related to opiates. However, its effects are quite different from your usual opiates.
