When I was in Jamaica the using the ambulance scam to move coke around Jamaica. It would come in from the sea and then be loaded up. On a side note, heroin was expensive, as in too much to buy to use daily, all the rich American tourists would snap it up, hence the MEGA high prices. Love this ambulance scam. I'm off drugs for 6wks now, but this picture of what the police found is making think damn!
