Duration of oxycodone experience?

Well, the search doesnt seem to be functioning well right now...
I was wondering,
I understand that oxycontin is time released and must be very very finely powdered to defeat this.
Assuming I defeat the time release measures and insufflate 20mg... what sort of duration can I expect for the experience?
(yes, ive tried hydrocodone before, some others opiates and seem to be pretty damn average as far as natural resistance and tolerance)
It is 7:30pm here now... and I must be awake and alert/rested by 3:30am for a 5 hour shift at work...but I also dont wanna snort it and just sleep through the fun...
Its just so hard to keep oc around when you actually DO find it here...burns a hole in my pocket basically...

20mg isn't that much -- you'll be mostly down after 4 hours probably, though the afterglow may be around for a while. When do I large doses of opioids -- even hydrocodone/codeine can do this sometimes -- I'll often be noticeably high for the next day.. not enough to interfere with work though.
 
Thanks... guess I'll just exercise some self control and save it till after work tommorrow anyways...
 
I have read that it is not a good idea to crash while on opiods. Not only do you waste the buzz, but it could be dangerous.
 
Yeah for the depression of breathing and heartbeat...
Im awake today tho and just railed a good 30mg...
