Typically, what is the duration of insufflated bupe? I've never used it before except for tonight and I'm hoping to wake up with a pleasant buzz for work tomorrow.

Well unfortunately you won't, you would need another bump for that, though if you have no tolerance you may very well be hungover like a motherfucker tommorow. FYI, you should always check the bupe megathread first.
As for the actual half life, it is slightly shorter than the sublingual half-life, which ranges from 18-40 hours, usually averaging 24, so you can expect a solid 12 hour buzz most likely. Sleeping seems to knock it out though, so next time save a bump for in the morning before work
