Duragesic patches

anyone with mild, not heavy, opiate tolerance ever do these up?? I'd like a short "trip" report if possible...along with mcg dosage

But sure, I always have a minute to turn on another young male... 'err, I mean to the joys of Duragesic...
I had had one of the lower dose patches a few years ago, and I wasn't to impressed, so I had written them off until a few months ago when an old friend said she had a line on some... ended up paying $80 for a 10mg patch (thats 100ug/hour) .. well, being informed about how to use them, and having NOT been on a heroin binge at the time, the spark was ignited and my love blazed like an airplane crashing into the World Trade Center..
For someone with no opioid tollerance, hell, for someone WITH a fair tollerance, the 10mg patches are a little too high - around hour 15 I was nodding a little too hard ...
Basically ya shave the area of skin where you're going to apply the patch - I mean, use a dry razor and shave till you have taken a LAYER OF SKIN OFF! If you're bleeding thats good, it means the pores are nice and open... I would start with a 5mg or 7.5mg patch - honestly, opioids are my entire life, and the highest dose patch (10mg) didn't have my amped the way opioids normally do - it had me so fucked up I couldn't even walk straight (thankfully I was driving though) .. slap the patch on, then press on it for about 1 minute - this gets the fentanyl flowing... I would also cover it with a large band-aid as these things tend to come off, and if the edges peel up, you lose the seal, they dry up, and stop working! Since it seems people are not certin what band-aid to get, you want the "LARGE ADHESIVE PADS" - these are the PERFECT size for ANY of the Duragesic... as a side note, if you write to Jannsen, they will send you a patch to cover your Duragesic - these things do NOT peel off as easy as a band-aid...
So, you got yer patch on, you covered it with something protective, applied pressure, and you're ready to rock and/or roll...
They SAY it takes up to 7 hours for the dope to kick in, but I have found the time to be less - on average, you go from "sober" to "blissed" in under 5 hours - when you're going through withdrawal that time is about cut in half (though this might be a placebo effect)...
Sit back and enjoy, you're in for up to 50 hours of FUN, FUN, FUN! (yeah, they say 72 but after about 50 hours you're done with) ..
Whats the high like? Like any other potent narcotic.. imagine a hydrocodone or oxycodone high, or morphine, or hydromorphone, or .. etc... it's a wonderfull warmth and euphoria that stays rather consistant for, again, about 50 hours..
Do NOT try to take the patch off and put it back on the adhesive piece of plastic - it wont work, and the patch will dry out...
Can you smoke, eat, or inject the contents of the patch? Actually you can, but lets not forget there is enough stuff in one of those (even the low dose ones) to kill you and a few friends, so I won't even get into this...

As for pricing - the best price I ever got was $5 per milligram ($50 for a 10mg patch) ..
