Duragesic Fentanyl Patches

Hello everyone, i was wondering who knows which brands still make the duragesic patch with the gel reservoir and not the Mylan brand type matrix where the drug is inside the glue. i have been on the mylan 75, im wearing 4, and they do nothing. so i read that the gel ones work better, but did a search and on the duragesic website it says they changed their matrix. does this mean they still have gel or did they go with the mylan type matrix?

there are a few generics

I'm aware of a couple of generics that still exist with the gel reservoir. There's Watson and Actavis. I am sure there are others, but these are the only ones that come to mind at the moment. I'm totally pissed that Janssen has altered the original design; I, too, feel that the Mylans are generally less consistent (at best) or weaker (at worst).

Mostly just some people would rather have a stronger more intense and shorter high by smoking it or something, opposed to a more mild, less intense high that lasts alot longer from wearing it.

Hopefully the guy didnt OD wearing 4 at once since he never came back to see if he has an answer,

I've had no trouble getting a high from the mylan patches by cutting off a portion (1/4 of a 50mcg/h patch) and putting it on my gums for 30 seconds or so at a time. Obviously be really careful doing this, it's 'very' easy to overshoot if you aren't wary, you won't feel the dose for a few minutes and it will build up steadily over a 10 - 20 minute period.

you can cut a tiny piece and just put it sticky side down on your tongue and suck on it for however long of a period you desire. I put pieces in my mouth for 4 hours at a time.

Gels suck, the sticker patches are better. I also find they last longer. Jensen makes gel patches.. There's a few others too.

I get Sandoz 75mcg gel ones every so often, but it's completely random. i buy them off the same person who says every couple months the pharmacy will fill her script with Sandoz gel reservoir ones.

i think the sticker ones get you a lot higher tho, with a longer duration.
