I've been taking 90mg Duloxetine for depression/ anxiety for a year now. Over the last month or so I've been reducing my dose and I have now gone a week without taking any at all.

During my time on the anti-depressants I took MD (of questionable quality) once or twice but experienced little of what I love about it it despite my friends having a decent time on the same batch. After some research I know that this is pretty much standard for anti-depressants and I've avoided it since as I haven't wanted to waste my time/ money.

My question is- Is a week without the meds/ a month reduced likely to be long enough to make taking the MD worthwhile? Apparently this is good quality and it would be a shame to waste it if it's unlikely to work for me tonight.

Having said that, it's been so long and I'm very eager to get on it again, so I may well give it a go anyway unless it's a definite waste of time.

Additional info- The withdrawal symptoms of the duloxetine were seriously unpleasant, nausea, itchiness, dizziness, what can only be described as "brain zaps"- it was no fun at all. But with the exception of some itching they've mostly subsided, could this be a sign that it's finally out of my system and would no longer interact with any recreational substance?

I expect this didnt work for you at all and you wasted your MDMA, please read the sticky threads. I'm not sure why you knew it wasn't going to work, but proceeded to do it anyway.
