I got switched from 100 mg of sertraline to 60 mgs daily of duloxetine.
I know everyone will tell me to use the search function, but let's just make this simple.
What are the most common contraindicated drugs for duloxetine? Can I still bk-Mxxx's or other stimulants? What about opiates and GABA acting drugs?
And yes, I am aware of seratonin syndrome in combination with tramadol, that's why I am making this thread.

I've been on Cymbalta for years and haven't had any issues. I take 2 60mg caps a day and continued to do this when I was doing crack and now that I'm taking opiates for hip and back pain. It hasnt affected the effectiveness of the Cymbalta or had a negative impact on the opiates/benzos/stimulants I've taken concurrently.

MAOIs and thioridizine are the major ones you shouldn't take with it. Obviously they don't want you to drink. Like most of those drugs, it can cause things like high blood pressure, diziness, insomnia...the usual run-of-the-mill side effects.

Hope this helps.
