Does anyone here listen to dubstep whilst rolling? Would like something other than the usual trance/psytrance/techno.
 
I'm tempted to move this to the EMD forum, but we'll see how it pans out here for a bit.

I like dubstep myself, though I have to admit that the genre's getting a little saturated due to its recent increase in popularity. Try listening to some Bassnectar if you'd like a taste of (in my opinion) good dubstep.
 
Dubstep fucks my head....

Its pretty awesome, its been gaining some populatrity here.... Its starting to be seen at more than just DnB parties, think psytrance/dubstep party and thats kinda what we have here....

I was rolling harder than i have in a while and heard one of her live sets.... Afterwards i gave her a hug and thanked her, and she gave me a sticker that said "Galaxc Girl Rocked My Face Off".... It gets kind of out there....

One of these sets samples the cop "overdosing" on the special brownies and the hillarity in the form of news broadcast as well...
 
As was mentioned earlier try K with dubstep. While rolling all the wobble annoys the crap out of me.
 
i can see dubstep being good with K.

Minimal on K is awesome....

But for K, this set is pretty much the most mindfucking set i have ever k-holed to...

deep dark progressive tribal houseish stuff.... and it last a little over an hour so its good for the duration of the experience...
 
dubstep is chill, there are some songs i reallly like. you'd never catch me at the dubsteb/dnb stage at a rave tho. borrrrrring. ;p
 
I don't use MDMA anymore, but Dubstep on LSD or K is filthy as grime.

Problem i do find is there's alot of horrible Dubstep that people often instantly associate the genre with, Excision/Datsik have some sweet tracks. I honestly couldn't get into the genre after been a huge darkpsy fan which are complete opposite's in what they symbolize, but after hearing it on some LSD.. my view on it was changed completley ;)

BASSNECTAR?! YUS! Bassnectar is AMAZING!! He came to my town a few months ago, and its def something everyone should experience if they want the inbetween of dubstep with other stuff... although most of his fans get angry when you call his work "dub"... Good stuffs tho!
 
I wasn't really a fan of dubstep until I saw caspa at a rave recently. Now I will always make a point to atleast chill at the dupstep stage at every event I go to now. I have never rolled so hard than when I was in the dubstep room. Nero and Rusko are some other sick ass djs.
 
To get in to the Dubstep night at L'usine you had to wait a few hours in the freezing cold. I'll tell you whether I like it or not once I've actually listened to it. I plan on rolling at L'usine soon so maybe I'll save ti for a dubstep night. Just be sure to show up at 10, the doors open early just because of the popularity.
 
If this is your typical Dubstep Then I could roll to this. Makes me want to jam with a puppet named Flat Eric, FTW....
 
TBH I prefer Dubstep sober or with some guarana for extra energy... Quite excited to try it on Mescaline/Mushrooms/Acid though...

MDMA is best reserved for euphoric electro and deep house IMHO.
 
I find dubstep better with weed or ket .

With MDMA it's all about rave music and dnb
 
I Can handle the slower dub, the stuff thats quite reggae like in sound.Fuck knows what it's called.

The fast stuff thats nothing but shitty wobbles and a gay bassline over and over again is rubbish though.
 
iv 'rolled' to dubstep a few times, you don't expect it, and you wouldn't think it suits the drug but until u'v done it, you have no idea :)

since the beats are slow the bass wobbles make up for it and you dance more in time to the wobble...but i do tend to gurn and mong out alot on dubstep...

i really wanna see nero live, the mix between massive drum and bass tunes and klass dubstep mixes well during his live sets and i think it would be a massive head fuck the 2 genres clashin and shit but i recon it would be ace.

UKFDubstep channel on youtube has all the best dubstep ;)
