im new to dnb...can someone recommend some good chilling djs for a beginner ?thanks .
 
hey guys...i dont post in this thread really so i dont want to necessarily split off the thread without explaining. The admins have set up a new rule within all forums here to limit threads to 500 posts. I will close this one and start a new one for you, however I wanted to know how far back youd like it split out from. Are you having any major convos you would like within the new one :)
 
Whats the reason for that? Does that mean everytime a thread reaches 500 post it will be deleted? And then we will have to start one again ?
 
I love dnb, but few of my friends understand the genre. Its alien to them and sounds weird I guess.
 
my non-dnb head mates describe it as sounds like a song in fast-forward.. i suppose i can see the light in their ideas, but every else just seems too slow to me

Why is this thread down here dammit!?

Aussies: Pendulum (live band) and Subfocus touring aroung new years including NYE in Perth. (one of the trafik guys confirmed this at roni size last night!) Everyone should come to perth! fun for all the family!! just as long as subfocus doesn't whip out aeroplane...
 
Big time head but never get a chance to go many parties.

Anyone go to History last saturday?..a 5 rooms full of non-stop drum and bass. Future Prophecies didn't impress me that much. But fucking Evol Intent had the sickest, most amazing sets..very evil and extremely dark brutal drums. And the sound system at the Avalon is so amazing. You could just feel the whole place vibrating while the soundwaves of the most darkest heaviest drums pounding at your ears.

Mad props to EVOL INTENT
