DNB is where it's at right now. I see the scene slowly getting bigger and bigger. More and more people are realizing that Trance and House for the most part suck. I think some of it is good tho, but most of it is cheesy. All this "Hold me in your arms" and "I want to hold you forever" titanic crap just gets annoying.

Anyone got that new CD yet called "Bad Taste" by DEIBC, mixed by DJ Mendez? Fucking CD is bad ass. Has some wikked sounding DNB on it, probably my favorite next to Dieselboy's dungeon masters guide.
 
I wish I had the $$$ to go to WEMF....

to be honest I haven't really checked out the electronic scene until the beginning of this summer. but since then I have been to tons of shows and I must say, at parties, I would subconsciously find myself drifting into the dnb room or the dnb stage. what can I say? I grew up on punk rock and metal and I like it hard and fast. some highlights so far were DJ Craze and seeing Dieselboy and Dom & Roland in the same night.

a lot of people seem to be upset over dnb and MCs. I usually like MCs, but some of them out there take away from what the DJ is spinning.

WTF? theres definately a mixture of tunes in the mix that aren't all clown-step. Although he does play the same tunes over and over again. But so do most DJ's. They stick to a similar set as they are travelling around the world showcasing what is current in DnB at the moment. And Andy C does just that. You know exactly what you'll get when Andy and GQ are on the stage.
