Drugstore shopping

Can anybody recommend some stuff that i might be able to buy at a local pharmacy over the counter that would replace, or come anywhere close to replacing, a ketamine high? I admit, I'm completely addicted, and its hard when supply runs out, and i don't have access... seriously, does anybody know of anything that might ease the feinding?
I remember a while ago reading something onn this board about stuff you can take when you're trying to come off heroin....anyway, i'm looking for something similar...

Actually there is an OTC drug that is better than ketamine for a lot of people , DXM as stinky said is in many cough syrups like robitussin max strength cough and one of the Vicks 44. Make sure it has ONLY dextromethorphan HBR and no other drugs by looking on the back panel. DO NOT take guiafensen or whatever it is horribly bad for you as are the other drugs they put in cough syrups.
Dxm will be just as good as k and will remove withdrawl if you CAN by using more.
I would reccomend you stop using k so much , you may have seizures and other things just as bad if you withdraw if you arent careful, and being on k that much DOES cause olneys lesions even if small amounts are neuroprotective and DONT cause them, so be carefull there too.
Get DXM, if you cant find one with DXM alone, try for pseudofed and dxm nothing else.
Robitussin Max strength cough in the white box with blue stripes is the best, it has dxm alone.
The vicks 44 i think is the same but i dont know the actual name of the preparation as they have a few.

It is the closest thing you'll be able to find to K, though, as they're both similar dissociatives.

The Vicks 44 contains less DXM than a 4 fl oz bottle of Robotussin Max, 354 mg's compared to Vick's 230 mg's. Stuff makes me sick to the stomach, K was much cleaner of a feeling... for me atleast.

I agree, nothing beats K, but seriously, I don't wanna sound like a drag, but maybe you shouldn't be doing so much K. But then again who am I to judge. But yeah, try DXM. It's similar to the Kittie, but not quite as fun. It will make you numb and give you a slight trip--but not like an acid trip. Try Robitussin Maximum Strength Cough Syurp...just be sure you only get the kind with DXM Hbr in it though, other things like acetaminophen or guaifesin can be bad, especially in large amounts. Vick 44 Cough Syurp is also good, but not as strong at the Robo-trip. Try one bottle of Robo to start off with, and then work up. Two-three is usually a good replacement for being Kittified.

-poppy seeds (you must grow the poppies obviously, and yes they work)
-ephedrine
-chew
-snuff
-inhalants in various guises.
-Codeine ( if you have a really understanding pharmacist who will actually give you the weak weak weak OTC syrup, and yes they can)
-nitrous oxide (whipped cream)
I think that’s it…….Kinda sad ……DXM is a distant relative to codeine, and has some effects that are similar to K…..but you will be very disappointed.
