I'm in the mood to mellow out. I wish I had a six pack of beer. Also some pharmaceuticals... I could use some ativan and haldol. I know it sounds nuts, but that's what I have a craving for. Midazolam and pregabalin. Chronic pain flair up is in da house and viscous circle of "no sleep due to pain -> higher pain levels due to exaustion -> insomnia due to pain.." is wrecking havoc on my functioning.

Alo Spravato (esketamine) would do wonders. Fuck it, at this moment I would gladly go to hospital if I could get 12 hours of anesthesia by any means...
