Drugs we all should do once...

hmmmm - I'm unfamiliar w/ methamphetamine dosing #'s...do you think it's irrelevant which of the two Ricuarte used? Most of the criticisms I've ever read immediately mention the 'mix up' at the lab.
<<EDIT- damn, I'm actually kind of curious on this now, are you saying mg-for-mg? I'm almost positive meth-amp is quasi- on-par with amp for dosage, but know several hundred mg's of mdma in an night is amazing, and can only imagine the hell that would be hundreds of mg's of regular amphetamine in a single night...hmmmmmm
;P

I think it is effects relative, not dosage relative.

Seeing as I don't think just 5 or 10 milligrams of MDA would do much with any ROA (IVing it might be a nice 20 minute buzz, but a threshold one at that, very very short lived) - I can understand what you are saying.

I think that a basic baseline dosage of each would be similar for MDMA, and MDA. Meth is probably a little less potent than d-amp.

ROA's come into effect too as IVing a stimulant tends to be more neurotoxic. From what I have heard. I can believe this though.

Where does alcohol fit into that scale?

I would say, sadly, from what I have been taught by multiple college professors, that ethanol is the most neurotoxic chemical that is used, and blacking out on ethanol is probably the worst brain damage of any recreational substance.

This also came from a teacher who thought that *any* illegal drug was really bad for your brain and we already know that cannabis (to be specific, THC) has neuro-protective effects, and does not damage the brain.

Blacking out drunk infrequently is the worst you can do. Moderate every day drinking will surely be a heavier addiction, but your body gains a tolerance to the ethanol; and slowly compensates for the direct CNS effects.

Infrequent binge drinking is surely the worst because your body takes each infrequent binge the hardest and doesn't have a tolerance for the ethanol.

Interesting. Thanks. I had previously assumed the opposite to be true, that ecstasy use was far more harmful than alcohol use in general. The fact that it's not should help me to quit drinking so much. I don't drink every day but I do drink a lot. So I'm probably doing myself some serious damage. This piece of information will fuck with my head when I'm thinking about having another drink when I'm already fucked up.
