Drugs that make your brain grow? - myth?

This might sound like a stupid question, but I heard from someone that there are drugs that make your brain grow, or at least make your neurons grow.

Neurotrophins are apparently proteins that stimulate your brain to grow.

Are there any known drugs that make your brain grow, or is this just a myth?
