Since this summer I'm having long Covid. My symptoms are mainly extreme exhaustion after extended focus (more than 50-60 min) or continuous exercise (walking more than 10-15 min) and exercise induced arrhythmia (pulse over 160 bpm and I barely feel any tiredness or am out of breath. Before Covid almost never above 145 bpm and then I was really exhausted having so high pulse). Heart & blood tests are normal. I was born in the late 60's.

I've tried about 20 supplements and similar amount of Chinese herbs. Only effect is that my vague heart pain has disappeared. Stimulant/dopaminergics mostly have lost their euphoria inducing effect and depressive symptoms have arised. My best guess is that long Covid is a chronic inflammation and research has shown that the virus can hide in the body for years, affecting mitochondrions ability to produce enough energy, and among other things affecting dopamine neurons ability to make dopamine. I'm now trying autophargy diet with fasting that seems to help quite a few. Pacing of course is of outmost importance to get better.

Psychedelics do gives me some temporary relief (used 2C-B, DOM & LSD) as well as Ketamine. I've read some odd reports claiming that in one case ibogaine cured someones long Covid and in another case that MDMA combined with psilocybin cured them. Most psychedelics and many antidepressants do have an anti-inflammatory effect, which may explain the effect. Even though stress ECG and stress echocardiogram didn't find any problems with my heart, I'm a bit reluctant to take booth ibogaine and MDMA because of their cardio toxicity and my arrhythmia (but I do have booth MDMA, Liberty Caps & iboga bark at home). I may try microdosing iboga over Christmas if not better by then.

Does anyone here have positive/curative experiences of long covid using illicit drugs? If so, please share.

according to my doc i never had covid.
but i have some of the symptoms you describe, especially the fatigue and the sensations that something has been off with my dopaminergic system. those symptoms started even shortly before covid was a thing where i live and are probably related to meds i took around that time.

my mom, who got like 5 covid shots, had covid last year (according to her doctor) and though the physical recovery was pretty fast, she struggled with fatigue and motivation, and she also developed arrythmia.
she was given a bunch of vitamins (D and B) and and something else which i would have to ask what it was.
she is better by now, the arrythmia went away and she feels more energetic than before those vitamin shots.

no illicit drugs in her case. at least not that i know of.

the worst from covid itself is some form of benzo or pregabalin withdrawal, i gotta ask, what is with not being able to help muscuosa and throat these last couple hours as this morning I m going for another dose it is 5th day without full dose of pregabalin and I used like 10x2 mg Rivotril I had just these two days and look at me I smoked a jar of weed and meaning 10gr in last 3 days and from 6p.m. today well before 8hrs or 8 hrs ago I started with NAC than sneezing than and it is nothing new it is not cold I think and my car fucker it is to cold to check the fuses outside in this condition well it is not bad but: explain this it is RLS but not,
I cant watch anything, so f.e. Dune prophecy no no nothing, just started to get very agitated so I wait for 2 hrs for the bus to town

Nac helps as I have disintegrated german pills so i dring water which helps in convulsion but when lie down i feel the shellshocked from years back RLS so I went to the bathroom like you know everything out water on every hole other than mouth meaning backwards
I look like I took a hit of meth not the benzos
