Drugs that get better/worse with every use

not true, not true... opiates in high doses can cause pupils to CONTRACT... one of the signs of opiate overdose is "pinpoint pupils".

You are correct Roches but a possible sign of severe overdose is dilated pupils. This is because of hypoxia from your body not getting any oxygen. But if the person is still walking around, they obviously haven't seriously overdosed.
