ah yes love Abes Odyssey, such a dark atmospheric game, havent played that since i was a little kid. and abes exodus, spent so long on them

A couple of years back I lost my job and moved back with the rents, who gave me the order of cleaning up our basement, so I did some motivational dabs of 4-FA and started taking all my shit out of there, when I found my old playstation with all my games, so I stopped the cleaning and started playing Final Fantasy 7 again, it was awesome, I love the huge pixels and the story is just so well written. I replayed Tenchu as well, great game where you play as a Ninja killer, amazingly well made if you think it's from the late nineties.

love it :) the story is so good, magical. games seemed to draw me in so much when i was younger, dont play many anymore, although have been playing borderlands 2, quite into that at the mo. gonna look up Tenchu. like a bit of nostalgic gaming, downloaded sonic 4 on the PS3
 
Wow, they HDing up Abe's odyssey? My gf will ensodden her pants, she loves that game! Anyone play Heart of Darkness, from around the sam time & I think by the same people. That's a great laugh too, still looks pretty good even after all these years, as does Abe.

PS1's Wipeout was the game that got me back into consoles after my Megadrive got boring. After playing it a coupl days straight round my old dealers place I DREAMED of Wipeout, woke up & went straight to Dixons & bought a new TV, Playstation & Wipeout & Road Rash (remember Road Rash?). Came free with Destruction Derby, substandard but entertaining.

also after playing Gran turismo... fuck i used to love that game
 
Despite my fanboy love of racing games, I also loved the original Crash Bandicoot! Newer follow up's to Crash haven't cut it much imo

Old racing games from back then, that I enjoyed to varying degree's TOCA, G Turisimo, Ridge Racer (specially in an arcade where I could sit with a wheel & pedals & drive it), original Need For Speed & Motorhead, a bit more Arcadey them last too. There was also a Nascar game that has not been bettered by ANY of those on the newer platforms, imo, so far.
 
Dunno if it's been mentioned yet but Shadow of the Colossus (on PS2) + kopious amounts of ket = <3<3<3

(also, that wacky isometric Mario game I forget the name of was a proper corker on ket too... got lost in a bush for several hours at one point... despite the escape involving nowt beyond a single click one side nor t'other <3)

In short... games + ket = <3

PPS: Abe's Oddesey gotta mention above. Was one of me alltime faves that. Just d/l it for PC t'other day as it happens. Not yet installed tho. Memory triggered due to a gramme of ket being delivered in a wrap made from the PS2 instruction leaflet bringing back memories... <3

I only really smoke pot when I'm playing games, though Little Big Planet on mushies was fun and I think it set the tone for the rest of my trip. Had to give up when they fully kicked in though, coordination goes to shit for me on shrooms.

Love playing SNES and Megadrive stuff when I'm stoned though, and Tokyo Jungle at the moment is brilliant for it. Hell yes I am going to have a spliff and then pretend to be a pomeranian surviving in an overgrown Tokyo.

Notable (and regrettable) nod to Chu Chu Rocket and amphetamines also.
 
Oh, Little Big Planet on MXE was mind bending and jaw dropping! Great game, it already IS a drug, really.
 
Can't pay attention to games on acid WHATSOEVER, which sucks.
But bud, mild opiates, hypnotics, and Caffeine work great for me. I play mostly Gears of war 3, MW3, NBA2k12 (need to upgrade), and the new fifa is pretty fun even though i'm not into soccer..
 
Got Borderlands 2 burnt and ready to play. I really should get around to it...
 
Get fucked on ket and mdma and end up thinking I'm actually a soldier in Battlefield, flinch when I get shot and shit. Anyone else get that cinematic vision? Watching Spartacus with it is AMAZING,

Matusow won like a million grinding live cash and tournaments thanks in large part to crystal meth.

Focus is a huge part of the game so I can see how it would help.

Just recently I've been getting back into poker been playing quite a few online poker freerolls.

If things carry on like this I'll never need buy another computer game or console ever again.
