Drugs and working out.

I just wanna know if anyone uses any drugs to aid you in working out? The reason I ask is because I am just starting and if there is a drug that can encourage me to do more exercises and stuff like that it would be good to know.

And I don't mean taking steroids or anything like that.

take a little amphetamine beforehand, not much maybe just a 5mg tab. Or just take some Sudafed to slightly wake u up a bit more energy. And then after working out, take a opiate or some weed to relax
 
I wouldn't necessarily take something as strong as amphetamines. Even in low doses people have experienced problems with heart rate. Or maybe I just happened to read all bad reports idk. If you go to the supplement store(vitamin shop,gnc,etc.) there are actual pre-workout supplements/drinks. They are actually surprisingly good imo even though they only consist of a shitty non-controlled stimulant like DMAA with amino acids and vitamins. I actually just tried a scoop of Jack3d awhile ago and am about to go hit the weights. Idk if I'm allowed to link to other sites so I won't but check out some of the bodybuilding websites and you should be able to get a good idea.

Edit: I think the reports I read were about HIIT and amphetamines so that may explain the heart rate problems lol.
 
Opiates lower testosterone, so doing oxy, hydro, smack, and so forth is not conducive to muscle gain. Amphetamines and exercise I would caution against, due to the fact of further overworking the heart.

I really can't think of any drug that would aid exercise (aside from anabolic steroids, obviously). Your best bet is to go the natural route: Take a protein supplement rich in vital amino acids 20 minutes before your workout -- that will get you pumped.
 
I have a question to add to this thread...I'm currently on 130mg's of methadone (MMT) and I have a supplement i use to take back before my addiction days and it's called METHYL 1-D and it has an anabolic agent in it...do you think it should be safe to take and would you think things from the vitamin store would even have a reaction with methadone and i'm just worrying too much?
 
also, alot of the people that run health food stores know theyre stuff pretty well, they should be able to help you out.

imo, i dont see many supplements/vits affecting your methadone

I don't really want to lose weight, but just to get toned, you know? I am just starting off so I will ask at a supplement store on advice too. And I also would just use the drugs to encourage my work out, so I can do more without feeling like "I can't be bothered".

I recommend treading very carefully when attempting to use drugs alongside working out. Amphetamines or something to bring you up are what I would recommend, but doing vigorous exercise on these kinds of drugs with their effects could lead to some health problems, I recommend some form of upper but one that you are quite heavily experienced with, take it in a low, low dose to provide a source of energy but not something to be overwhelmed by.

Have you even tried having a few coffees before working out? Caffeine and a good diet will improve your work out greatly rather than using more recreational drugs.

Opiates give me energy, even in high amounts unless I overdose or something... I'll CWE 90mg of hydrocodone and then go for a jog... feels good, the burn feels like a massage.

Thats just me though I don't know if its good or bad... dont do uppers and go exercise I wouldn't recommend that.
 
I may be wrong but I'm almost certain exercise done on amphetamine is nullified by the huge metabolism boost that results from their use and the lack of food ingested due to appetite suppression. Whenever I use stimulants I lose a lot of weight and strength.
 
Kratom is nice for that kinda stuff as well. But I gotta drink soo much of that shit. I get the highest grade of resin extract and it takes a lot of it for me to get close to what I want at all...

It would be good for running or biking tho...
