I am trying to get off heroin. I have methadone, suboxone, 5mg oxycodone retard, 2 x fentanyl matrix patches(12 and 25ug/h), ketamine, speed, bromazepam 6mg x 18 pills, 1 x 2mg clonazepam and 5 x 300mg lyrica.
Tonight I took:
19:17 6mg bromazepam
19:50 2mg clonazepam
20:04 3mg bromazepam
20:18 300mg lyrica.
20:40 25mg heroine smoked(am dependent)
I believe i have some benzo tolerance since in the last month I used it on and off with 4-5 days breaks in between. Same with lyrica.
It s 22:01pm rn and still can't sleep. Also still have withdrawals symptoms.
What should I take when I wake up tmr morning? I was thinking of 300mg lyrica as I woke up since it takes like 4 hours to kick in, 6mg bromazepam and snort a bit of speed and maybe very little ketamine.
Ideally I would he able to still be somewhat functional during this weekend of withdrawals since I have to learn for my job.
Alternatively I could wean off the whole of next week and start withdrawing from next Friday after I keep my heroin smoking under 0.1g per day everyday. During the week I ll also receive some 50mg tramadol pills so perhaps I could switch to those and wean off during the week and fully stop Friday.
