LOL .. I read this right as I'm listening to a DNB remix of that.

For an AP English final in high school, me and my friends made an extended version of the Sabotage video with made-up plot/dialogue etc. Fucking classic.
 
i think Let Forever Be (chemical brothers) would be a great video to watch while tripping

and i agree that come to daddy (and to a lesser extent "windowlicker") are really crazy/freaky/bad to watch while on psychadellics
 
good ole cannabis.....the most reliable.

dissociatives are VERY weird for listening to music. Most of the time, music sounds like crap and i'm annoyed with how empty some music sounds while on ketamine or something. But sometimes it's very fun to listen to music all k-d out.
 
im going with LSD and marijuana.
On LSD music seeps through my pores throwing me into an orgasmic bliss, if the song is really good.

I watched it a handfull of times the 2nd time I ate a 1/4 oz of mushrooms I was in such awe
 
i have done them all and clean lsd is the best by far. Your perception of sound is enhanced and you can hear every note and chord or beat coming from every instrument and you can become one with the music
 
forced myself to watch come to daddy on acid my first time! Haha freaked me out considerably. Was just about to name another video i watched then but realised it was a winamp visualisation that my brain turned into a music video :\.
 
I have limited psychedelic experience(cannabis and shrooms) and I'd say the tripping kind of made me get distracted from the music. I was listening to some classic rock and it sounded very strange, but I kept thinking of other things(probably because I was pretty paranoid).

Also, for you dxm + music fans, would you recommend dxm for a pink floyd cover bands concert? After reading this thread I'm considering taking dxm (the only psychedelic besides weed that i can get before friday) to enchance the experience

Mushrooms are usually more audiblely interesting for me....but, my life was changed after listening to The Lonesome Crowded West and The Moon and Antarctica (Modest Mouse) while under the influence of 5hits of acid and 2 pills of supposedly MDMA.... Couldn't have asked for a weirder yet more comforting combination.

Dude, I can relate...on my first shroom I listened to this album for the first time. I was sitting on a fallen tree at this little beach and my friends were looking at some shells. I was sitting there saying "don't leave me" wilst 2 drunk guys walked by, giving me weird looks and I said something to them and they laughed at me. Then I realized I had carried my CD player with me and after a while I finally figured out how to put on my headphones 8) and listened to Darkside of the Moon....WOA! It just captured me and carried me in its wake....it was awesome!!! =D

A different drugs and music thread

Ok, so maybe im weird but sometimes when i listen to a certain song, i can see that song as the background music for me doing a certain drug. for instance:

When ever i listen to "fuckin up" by neil young, i see myself shooting heroin. Dont know why, just seems like the song that fits it (for me).

Or maybe it would be better said: If you were a character in a movie, what song do you see being played while you are doing whatever drug?

I know this is wierd, but i was just wondering if i was alone and freakish or freakish.
