Lots of weed + Goa and Psychedelic Trance at insane amounts of volume = :)

This combination is better when taken at outdoor parties

once or twice a year add some lsd or mescaline to the equation for total mind expansion

best psychedelic to listen to music on?

i'm curious about how psychedelics affect our perception of music. personally i love psychedelic rock music. bands like jimi hendrix, the doors, rush, the who and many others. i can have a great time listening to this music when completely sober. yet when under the influence of a psychedelic this music really comes alive. it sounds so incredibly good to me. so far the only psychedelics i've done are marijuana, shrooms and morning glory seeds and the last 2 both produced a lot of nausea that distracted me from the music. i'm wondering what the best psychedelic would be to take for the purpose of listening to music most of the trip. whats everyone's favorite? do different psychedelics make you enjoy different music? for example i love listening to rush on marijuana but on shrooms they sounded a little harsh to me. i want to find a drug that would enhance their music since they are in my top 2 favorite bands.
 
Acid and Shrooms owuld probably win my vote. (Together or seperate). Definitley NOT 2c-e. It has an audio trip that makes all the music sound high pitched and kinda fast.
 
depends on which one u think is best. thats such a subjective question. id go with acid.
 
Acid by far. Sometimes music on shrooms scares me if I'm going at it really hard... typing this made me realize how long its been since I've tripped, I should work on changing that.
 
I've never taken acid. I like ecstasy when i'm listening to music...i'd rank it higher than shrooms, but the two are soooo different. Anyone else?
 
IMO, mdma makes you want to dance, whereas mushrooms make good music wonderful
acid makes the music 3 dimentional
 
hmm marijuana is always a favorite, for me it adds an extra warmth to the music and a fuller sound

2c-i makes it louder, more overwhelming. I like when sounds sort of creep up or fade, and especially when they start on both channels and then cross channels (meeting in the middle momentarily) it's like it forces my brain to cross.

mushrooms seemed to make music a lot more trippy, where I'd just suddenly trip out on some sound in the song and have a weird thought and get totally lost from the song as a whole
