Dude, that aint right, you can't just say that one genre of music is better that others.

Dude, I was just fuckin around.....I actually listen to almost every genre accept rap, country, and a few others that just aren't my style. I absolutely hate rap. Years ago....like in highschool I listen to a few rap artists like Eric B & Rakim and a few others because not only could they rap but they rapped without using thug talk like bitches and ho's and money and all that shit. I just don't like rap cause I don't like the way it makes me feel! I do find it kind of funny that IMO the best rapper nowadays is a white boy.....Eminem!

I don't really like Bob Marley anymore....at least his studio albums. I like some of his live material. The same goes with other classic artists like the Grateful Dead, Zeppelin, Floyd......I only listen to their live in concert material which in my opinion is much better than their studio albums.

I really like dub (electronic raggae), electronic, and techno.....and even some good jazz....like medeski martin and wood.....miles davis....coltrane...etc.

I don't OWN any rap or pop or reggae, I just can't stand them, stoned otherwise, I used to own an eminem CD up till a few weeks ago, then I traded it to my dealer along with an old DVD for a ten bag of purple haze=D

Mostly I listen to Rammstein a lot, Anaal nathrakh-don't speak (if you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot, stamping on a human face, for ever:\ ) Papa roach are another favourite.

Favourite tracks while stoned are:

Yaotl Mictlan: el sacrificio grande
Blind slime: meditations before decease
Parricide: hammer smashed face
Opeth: hope leaves
Disturbed: the sickness
Evanescence: breathe no more, amy lee's voice sounds simply fucking AMAZING while stoned, the way she hits the notes so exactly, if feels like drifting off into another world:) and my fiancee can sing JUST like her:D

Anything by Inkubus Sukkubus, vatican of sorrows or mudvayne:D

your fave music with coke?

i was curious what everyone likes to listen to on coke.
IMO i like to listen to old 70's rock like skynrd, pink floyd,etc.. sometimes the doors and like 80s stuff.
just curious! (and sspun! hahaha))0

Same shit I always listen to basicaly, coke doesn't affect my choice of music!

I listen to HipHop, House and Trance sober and fucked!

"yes I'm all lit up again on the couch, in my bed.. yes I'm all lit up again.. I love the cocaine, love the cocaine"

They kinda suck except that one song

When im on coke i will put on a diffrent mix of music than i ususaly will.
Music like

Frenzal rhomb
Dj screw
At the drive in

Either the usual house music, or some good rock.
Going to the Velvet Revolver concert last month and snorting a fuckload of the good white lady from a bullet sure was a memorable ocasion :)

Rivered...

Tell me about it man, I bought the c.d. and thought I was at least going to get half my money's worth. Same thing with the second c.d....1 song and a bunch of filler.

Thus is now the way of most new rock and similar genres. I envy you rachamim, as your someone who grew up in the late 70s-early 80s which was right after alot of great music was made. Hell, I generally envy anyone who didnt grow up in the 90s.
