Also yeah I would do IV Diluadid (hydromorphone) with William S. Burroughs. (lol just like in DRUG STORE COWBOYS, Burroughs plays in that movie, hes the old preist at the end whos been addicted his whole life.) which is ironic cuz he was an opiate addict his whole life basically... I heard he once wrote a book on an Oxycodone binge somewhere over-seas, not in USA (and this was awhile ago when Oxycontin and other oxycodone meds were not around and were very very very rare) So he must of had some bad ass hook up with some chemist or drug maker. I believe he actually advocates the use of opiate drugs, including the use of them for physiological problems and legalize it alL!.

^ not sure he was much of a heroin lover... he used it after yoko had a miscarriage then wrote cold turkey about quitting it... i wouldn't say john lennon was a heroin lover... i dont think it was even a significant part of his life... how long was he even using for anyway? a couple months? a year maybe? but the last thing i'd ever call john lennon would be a heroin addict/lover/junky. john lennon was a musician, a writer, a genius, a lover, a peace advocate and activist, a humanitarian, he smoked pot and did acid and used to do a lot of speed. but i would never really associate heroin with him, i think thats almost disrespectful to him in a way, i don't know why.

I don't want to get off on a bad note here, but I would never disrespect John Lennon,:( nor would I say anything that I know was not true. John and Yoko both had a heroin habit. I have read about it, and John and Yoko did some kind of anti drug campaign (I dont know what to call it) telling young people that they got off of heroin, and to please just dont ever try it. I didnt say John was a heroin addict, but please, I used heroin and was an addict when that first shot went in my arm. I have every article, every book, every magizine anything written about John,he is/was my idol and hero. so to say that I disrespected him is so not true. Also John and Yoko both did heroin before she had a child with him. They were on a methadone clinic for awhile. I dont think either of them shot dope, the just snorted (not that it matters) Just because someone has a drug problem doesnt make them any different than anyone else, so I dont think it makes any difference if he smoked pot, or shot dope.. A drug is a drug. Before I knew better, I thought that being a crankster was worse than a heroin addict. Then I listened, I read and I learned

BTW. Please dont take this wrong, because it is just something I have observed here. Most of the members here are a lot younger than I am Lets just say I am an ole hippy over 50, so I grew up with the Beatles, and maybe you are as old as me, I dont know, but I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to John Lennon. I remember the exact thing I was doing when I heard he was murdered. So all I am saying is, dont jump to conclusions, and think that someone is saying something out of their ass...In the words of my idol

Thanks friend, and I do stand corrected about the pot. I just dont think about pot because that is one drug that I hate. It makes me all paranoid. Hubby loves it, but the last time I took a hit off his pipe, I swear to God, I thought the TV was coming at me. All I could do was hope to fall asleep:| I am weird, my body reacts to some stuff real bad. Like, cocaine I can do it all day, and feel great, but that new drug providil (SP) gives me a horrible headache. And I cant tolerate caffeine. Oh well, that is what makes life interesting:)

He wasn't famous, but I'd love to shoot up with my uncle. He keeled over some bad smack. I remember hating him so much for it when I was a kid. Never understanding.

Now I do, and I wish I could just be there one day... in that element he couldn't show anyone else in his family. I don't know if I would shame him, or make him feel more comfortable... but if I could do it with him, fuck what he thinks... he owes me, I'd kill to have the wah-wahs with him, if only once.
