well... if its a domestic flight you have somewhat of a chance of not getting caught. but it's still a very bad idea.
*some*, it could still happen...
if you have to go through customs it is NOT a good idea. which you probably already know; you could get searched for *any* reason, they could think you're suspicious and if they do they WILL find whatever you have on you.
prolly best you get what you need wherever youre going... embrace the age of instant free communication, ya know?

Oh for the love of god.
Look, I'm sure your going to dress nicely when you go to the airport.. I'm sure, you'll dress like a normal tourist.. some kacki shorts and a decent shirt. I'd guess, you'd have NO metel on you.
Now, your a nice guy.. and in your pocket you have your small amount of weed wrapped nicely and a few pills.. So, you nice looking guy, go thur the airport. You empty your pockets of wallet and keys and such.. and you walk normally and confedntly thur the metel dectore. It doesn't go off, cause you have no metel items on you. In your bags, you have nothing out of the orderny.. you go thur, collect your items and proceed to the gate just as every other person does.
Get the point?

another good method a friend uses:
put the pills in a match box, cover them with the matches. this only works for small quantities.
if you look normal and have no metal in your pockets, you're fine... just walk on through the metal detector. if you're a girl, you're even finer. if you're a suspicious-looking unabomber type, leave 'em at home.

Thelzer the last time I came from florida they had this small hand held device they ran over you and your bags.....And no it was not a metal detecter.....any ideas....peace

rumor has it that it detects residue for drugs, i.e., little sprinklings of bud, chemical residue, etc. , but beats me.

airports in most opinions tend to be more concerned with bombs and weapons than anything else. YES they are looking for drugs and other fun stuff, especially from suspicious destinations, however most of their machinery in question to all of our minds like x-ray machines and all security aspects are focused towards stopping someone sneaking a bomb on the plane. Yes they put your carry on through an x-ray machine but look at how fast it goes through there, this machine is mainly for find bombs/bomb parts. Your walk through a metal detector is the same way, they want to stop people from getting on and taking hostage or anything ect ect. Put your shit in your pocket and just walk through

I've heard of that too, and it was explained to me that this was to check for bomb residues and things like that, gunpowder ect ect...to my knowledge and resources none of these materials are made to pick up traces of narcotics....anybody else know?

what about if ur going from amsterdam to ibiza, would it be safe to bring drugs eg speed?

I've heard Amsterdam is one of THE most careful airports in the world because of all the illegal exportation of goodies that goes on there.

You're right. I've travelled in and through Amsterdam on a number of occasions on my way to Germany and they're really hardcore. You'll find dogs all over the airport, just wandering around anc checking everyone out. They even check the old Oma's... If you're going to party at Ibizia, then you should have no problem finding whatever it is you want there, honestly... Of all the European airports I've been in, I'd say don't even try to fuck with Amsterdam...
