Drugs affect your intelligence?

IQ tests are certainly not a good measure of how smart you are, but they do very accurately judge relative cognative potential. IQ measures things such as problem solving ability, spacial comprehension, language comprehension, immediate memory capacity, and complex pattern recognition amoung others.
Wrong. IQ tests do not "accurately judge relative 'cognitive' potential". The only value they have is at finding the general area of a person's mental capacities.
The score of an IQ test taken by the same individual can be significantly different if taken on a good day where a person is focused, motivated, rested and concetrating. This as oppossed to a person having a bad day where they didn't get enough sleep and are maybe emotionally distressed over an issue and therefore just not motivated, unfocused and unable to concentrate.
There are no practical applications in which you can use IQ scores with the exception of lumping people into one of three categories: below average, average and above average.
you have to define your terms.
Intellegence?
"Intelligence".
that word is to universally abused. Usually on this linear scale that particularly doesn't exist.
"Too".
drugs are part of my life now. They weren't at a certain point. I don't know if I'm more or less intellegent. I'm just different.
I'd be willing to bet they're not helping.
I like where I am now. I'm comfortable AND happy with where I am now.
People with low self-esteem often have an oppositional or "underdog" type of attitude that's reflected in their behavior. These people often see themselves struggling to simply accomplish tasks at a mediocre level that they see others accomplish seemingly with little or no effort. They find themselves unconsciously removing themselves from activities situations where they percieve themselves failing. They then justify this behavior by denying interest in these activities or situations and using phrases such as "I'm happy with the way things are". This way they do not have to try and therefore fail or lose. The lack of achievement in the life of an individual with low self-esteem further reinforces the negative self-image and the low self-esteem itself.
Individuals with low self-esteem are a group associated with a high rate of drug abuse. Drug abuse by this group is seen as a means of temporarily removing and coping with negative feelings, thoughts and emotions.
On a final note, unintelligent people are stupid.

I'm not less intelligent but I do know that it has affected my ability to convey thought I still have a very large vocabulary however I have a difficulty in using it. I speak as a less intelligent person than what I am. Not that I speak like an unitelligent person, far from it. Just less than what I am.
Wow I just realised this makes me sound really conceited. oh well.

My sentences went from being fluid precise to having breaks between every word trying to remember the word I wanted to use and then forgetting what the hell I was talking about. It took me about two years of not using it to feel like my mental capacities were about normal again.
Mushrooms made me feel as if I had gained extraordinary intelligence in the sense that I had supernatural and spiritual connection to the universe. Yes, this persisted for months after use.
Meth increases my street smarts. I can read into people a lot better and have a better comprehending of what's going on around me.

these three comparisons or reviews of drug phases,
i can completely come to terms with.
100% agreed, Soviet.
