What drug is it that is the best for your health, non-addicting and gives you the best time? Not that I care, but what is the best overall around drug you think?

For ex.
MDMA is great... except u need to space out your rolls.
Opiates would be perfect if it werent for the withdrawls
What else??

Oh, and something other then weed.

EDIT: by effect i mean high

alcohol can be extremely healthy in small amounts

green tea is ridiculously good for you

fish oil has excellent mood stabilizing effects on people who take them foe more than a few days and buffers many body functions (of course some brands are contaminated with mercury and PCBs)

definitely weed in small amounts

hmmmmmmmm

I have difficulty imagining something non-addictive, yet euphoric. Some opiate addicts live to a ripe old age, since it is not neurotoxic and doesn't destroy the liver. Obviously, highly addictive :/

when did green tea/fish oil become a drug haha

from my experience / knowledge, not including addiction and withdrawls, Ive found Benzos to produce a great high, with not much long term physical damage, hardly any!

But in terms of all the other mentioned things (addiction, WDs, side effects) Id say caffeine.

anything is moderation is good...the high is from taking more than a healthy amount...personally i would say opiates....

what? benzos are probably the most destructive drugs on the planet. you must be in the honeymoon phase!

What goes up...

Just about any recreational drug can be used in moderation relatively safely and the most benign substances in excess can destroy people's lives.

You're searching for atlantis.

Let's try this in Drug Culture.

The only drug thats been consistently good on my mind and body has been weed. When I come down off weed, I'm just not high anymore. It doesn't cause me mental anguish and it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. Plus, all the health benefits, and the body can use the endocannabinoid supplementation anyways.

There obvi not a drug that fits that specification. Im looking for your opinions in regards to what drug is best balanced between its effects and its health benefits/disbenefits.

well like many others have stated in threads on here, when i was on heroin i never got sick. so thats my vote lol.

plus opiates are so easy on the body aside from the WD

This is going to depend entirely on the user, why they take the drug, and what tends to happen to them when they take the drug. A drug experience is a dynamic interaction between a person and a chemical. It's not just about what's in the pill.

If you're talking in generalities about statistical likelihoods, then I'd have to say L-theanine. It's legal, has a sky's-the-limit LD-50, no withdrawal, no unwanted side effects, probably neuroprotective, and gives a sharp, 'all shiny and new' mental effect that's great for either recreation or motivation. Does it have any of the treacly euphoric bliss of any of the 'hard drugs' or 'real drugs' 8) ? No. But I'd go out dancing on nothing but theanine and caffeine, and not expect the night out to be in any way lacking.

I'll boldly state that if a drug user is using any drug to numb the pain of their life, or to try to avoid facing or thinking about something painful, then their use of that drug is inherently unsafe, and if allowed to continue, will lead to serious problems.

LSD. If you know what you are doing, and you are strong willed then I think it is impossible to have a bad experience. Note: I have only used it maybe five times ever, but I've never felt anything but pure bliss from it. For instance I used to be terrified of spiders, and the last time I dropped I picked a flower and smelled it, and when I pulled it away from my nose there was a huge spider on it. I haven't been scared of spiders since, and in fact I escort them outside instead of squashing them. I think LSD can be very therapeutic.

Although I have to say that when supply on goodies is low, nothing beats a nice hippy speed-ball: A fat chronic spliff, and a cup of strong black coffee with cognac in it.
