- Self-confidence, now even totally sober I'm friendly and talkative to everyone, through drugs I've seen that other people are no better than me and usually more insecure. Yes I know everyone tells you this, but only once you've realized it for yourself can it do you any good.
- I've learned alot about friendships & interactions with others, I've learned to listen to others, really listen, not just wait your turn to speak. You learn alot by listening.
-I have gotten strong mentally, more strong than your average sober joe, just try going to work in an office enviorment, working closely with the MD, after being awake 4 days on meth. The boss never noticed anything.
- Although I no longer take E, I have a true empathy toward others, I've also learned to be slow to judge others, and see their side of the story, as well as understand the motives behind their actions.
- I've learned to appreciate nature, and being a city kid that's quite a feat!
- Most importantly, I've learned that the drugs haven't 'given' me any of the above, It was me who was open, and who listened to others, as well as learned from my mistakes. There is no prefect drug, and you'll get nowhere in life through escapism
