Drug testing question

Hey guys. This might be in the wrong place but I just made my profile and I'm still trying to get the hang of things so please don't be too harsh to me if this is in the wrong place. First off I'm not gonna ask if my friend will pass the test. My question is if my friend took a drug test earlier today and should have past (she hasn't smoked weed since aug 2 and has not done opiates since aug 25. Also she is not a heavy use of both) is there any chance that she will have to retake the test? (No it was not tampered with it was her real urine) however she's slightly worried cause she said she have just enough urinee to get to the line and people have suggested she not get high until she gets the results back. This upset her cause she is planning to party this Friday and use an opiate. So tell me all you experienced peers is she in any danger of having to retest?
