Drug Testing - MDMA - Alcohol

Hello! Although I've been browsing Bluelight for some time now, i am a new member to the site. I apologize if I use an improper thread. To begin, I am in a program called "Drug Court." It's a bitch of a program, yes. And I'll go ahead and admit i'm incredibly stupid for trying to beat the system out. BUT. I ingested about 500 mg of MDMA on wednesday evening, throughout the night of course, up til about 2 am. And I drank until about 3 am Thursday night. (I have until Monday Morning to get it out. Easy.) Friday morning I get a call. Apparently I had a court date I wasnt aware of, I missed it. Mandatory 3 day jail sanction. I rush to the Drug Court office, forgetting they would of course make me drop... Ultimately, Around 1 PM I give a urine sample. I take vitamins a lot, so my urine is always b12 yellow. I slightly dilute it with sink water, about 1 oz to a total 3 oz ratio. And i'm not proud, but I use the old 'e coli' trick, (finger in the butt, then into the sample.) I had to wait until today, Monday, to find out my results and they didn't say a damn thing to me. Not positive, not dilute. Nothing. My question through all of this is why/how? It is possible they're waiting until court on Friday to give me a surprise fuck. I'd like an educated answer as to any possibilities of what's going on as soon as possible, please. Just for ease of mind.


I've realized the stress is not worth getting high any further. I'm done.

I'm on the same thing. Conditional discharge. They don't immediately get the results, they send it to a lab, bro.
It will take about 2 weeks or so for the results to get back in.
If you're on a conditional discharge, and this is your first test, and you failed it.. Don't worry, you'll get a second chance, but if you blow that, you're fucked.
It could be possible that they'll bring it up in court, and hit you with it there, but I kinda doubt it. Then again, I don't know the exact details of your situation.

But, look.. If they do hit you with it on your court appearance, you need to hire a lawyer & be honest with him. Tell him you have a drug problem, (even if you don't)
You'll most likely be given the choice to do time or go to rehab. You'll choose the latter if you take yourself seriously.

I appreciate your quick response, JunkieDays. In my office, i'm well sure they have a lab on site. It's not etg testing, thankfully. But i have slipped up and gotten results back on my next day in drug court. I hope well enough it's diluted. I'm relatively sure a 1/3 dilution will do it right. It'd be my first dilute, so that's 24 hours in jail over Intensive Out Patient. Which is fine by me. If I get fucked, i'm looking at a year and a day in Jail. Or however many months in rehab i suppose. Shitty. We reap what we sow though, huh?

1 year & a day? harsh, man. You'd better plead with the judge and tell him you obviously have a drug problem, need help, and would like the chance to straighten up & go to rehab.
That's if you actually do test positive..
My DT is coming up soon, so that means I gotta get clean. Easier said then done, I just hope I don't get that "Fuck it" mentality and screw it all up. I don't need that shit in my life right now.

Ohh yeah... For one .5 mg clonazepam possession... Very harsh. No way man. I've done my fair share of drugs. I'm pretty well tired of them tbh, though i still appreciate the things they can do for us. I wish you the best of luck as well, my man. It's a bitch for sure. Let me know how all goes for you.

& Really now?? I've gotta read through the rules again i suppose, i wonder why that might be?

One person I knew had to go to their probation appointment and they knew they were gonna drop dirty so they were prepared for the consequences. As luck would have it the power was out and they told her to come back in 2 weeks. Talk about some good luck.
