Drug Test

I have to pass a drug test in 2 days for my new job. I have not smoked since Jan 1st but I also took 7 ecstacy pills on New Year's Eve. Do I have anything to worry about? What can I do to ensure passing the test? Any info and help would be greatly appreciated.
 
It's possible that the pot will show up. I'd drink alot of water to be safe.
