Drug test tomorrow Please help! (Not typical question)

Hey, so I've been clean off opiates for a few months and have been in a suboxone program for almost 2 months. The issue is that I sometimes don't take my suboxone regularly which means I have pissed negative for suboxone twice before (which is bad)...then I snorted a bundle of tan, powdered heroin Friday Night (4.5 days before my testing time). I had a surprise test today and used a friends urine and since it came back negative for suboxone again they are putting me on a 5 day maintenance period where I will get supervised urine tests for 5 days.

I have a few options:

1.) Drink/piss a ton before the test and use my own urine (will be 4.5 days after snorting a bundle).
2.) Use urine I took 1 hour after smoking crack (first and only time ever) a few weeks ago (positive for suboxone, prob no coke).
3.) Have a friend use suboxone tonight then piss in a cup for me tomorrow morning. (all my friends who are clean are opiate naive so I'd have them take .5mg 2-3x to make sure they don't get sick..I take 4mg daily)
4.) Just use totally clean urine (which may get me kicked out too)

I just bought 2 OTC urine tests from walmart and I will test the urine I took after smoking hard and my urine after I dilute it tonight. The cutoff for coke is the same as my suboxone clinics' lab-cutoff...so that will let me know if I can use it or not...the heroin cutoff on the test I bought is 2,000 ng/ml and the lab's test is 300 ng/ml, though so I'm really worried about using my urine because I think I've tested positive after 5 days in the past...

Any help is greatly appreciated...I totally regretted using and am trying as hard as I can to stay clean!
