Drug test may 30th - today is may 26th

Hey all. I'm pretty sure I'll be fine but let me give you some information and maybe you can give me some insurance to ease my mind a bit.

Last night I took 1.5mg of Xanax(Alprazolam), I hadn't used any drugs for 3 months prior to that. This morning I took one 30mg Adderall XR. I've just found out I have a drug test at my job on Wednesday, meaning I have 4 days or so.

Once again these are the only things I've taken in 3 months give or take. The drug test is a standard 5 panel UA, sent to the lab. Will I be clean? I'm fairly skinny and lean. 5'8, 125lbs, and a fairly fast metabolism.

I'm almost positive that I'll be fine without doing anything more than drinking a bucklet load of water Sunday and Monday - but is there anything else I can do to make sure I'll be clean?

not allowed to answer these questions on BL , most people would say read the rules but i havent yet .

u should be sweet , meth only takes 2-3 days to get out of ur system , thats like 100000x more potent lol , think thats about the best advice ur gonna get before this gets closed .
