I haven't used anything illegal in well over a year.. Some shit happened someone found some spice stuff on me and thought it was real and now I have to take a test in an hour. I know it'll be negative for everything because I've only smoked weed and that was, like I said, more than a year ago. But for some reason I'm getting all paranoid that it'll be a false positive or something. Any advice?

Also I know if I act weird they'll get suspicious, and anxiety/nervousness is making me act weird.. And the more I think about it the more messed up I get.
 
Stay calm.. Very important.. if they see you all agitated they will jump to conclusions. You got nothing to worry about just relax and throw the results in their faces ;).

The thing that pisses me off the most, is the people that make me take it KNOW I have no time to get stoned. They're ALWAYS around me and there's not more than 20 minutes they're away from me... And they'd know if I was stoned.

Also if it does come up a false positive would most reasonable people allow an immediate retest?

if they are reasonable as you said then they should.. but if you haven't been smoking weed for a year the chances of the test resulting positive are slim.. Most probably won't need it but goodluck.

that is if some bullshit false positive doesn't come up and I get jail time lol
