if i took 70mg of hydrocodone sundaay 12pm and that was the first in a long long time so no other use before that of painkillers and i got to go to court wednesday at 10:30am and had to take a ua would i pass it? i need to know cause if i can pass it then i will try to.

Possibly, possibly not. That's 3 days which is usually how long it takes to leave your system so it could go either way.

It takes 3-5 days to clear your system of Hydrocodone if you haven't been using them frequently. So its risky, depends on how bad you want them. But would you consider yourself having a fast metabolism, if so the risk of it showing up is lower.
