Drug test for court

I have a drug test this Thursday for court. I use heroin about 2-3 times a week. The last time I used was Sunday night. I shot 2 bags of heroin and took one line of cocaine along with a couple of beers. Since I used I was prescribed hydrocodone cough syrup. Will I be able to pass my drug test with only about 80 hours of being clean?? And will the cough syrup effect the heroin leaving my system?? I am drinking a lot of water and sat in the sauna for about an hour today.

No you wont cuz your blood is gonna have flowers in it from all the drugs and flowers in your blood make u fail drug tests

it all depends on how pure the dope is, how long youve been doing it and your body size... ive passed tests with 72 hrs of shootin dope but drinking water helps... the coke should be out way before then... i have a test comming up too, was suspose to take it yesterday but when i went in they kept me waiting 50 mins and by the time they came out they said it was to late, i got lucky as fuck and wouldnt count on that happening to you but im also on federal pretrail bond so idk if thats different from what your on whatever.... good luck tho
