Drug test experience needed( vyvanse and weed)

Had a drug test come back false positive im assuming from my vyvanse and it is now being sent to lab where it will now fail if it has 20 ng of thc. I have insomnia which makes me worry my metabolism is slowed, and when I pissed only a filled a 1/4 of the cup and ive read that was a mistake bc of metabolites or whatever. I weigh 195 6' 1 can someone tell me I have nothing to worry about
