Politicians should surrender their Fourth Amendment ahead of citizens


The tyrannical spirit of Obamacare and ever increasing government encroachment upon individual rights continues unabated.

The latest outrage is about to happen in California. The state – with the backing of Democrats and other supporters of government coercion – wants to force doctors to pee in a cup in order to keep their licenses. Instead of stripping doctors of their Fourth Amendment right, we here at Infowars.com think a group of people far more likely to commit crimes should be drug tested – government officials from Obama down to the most junior member of Congress.

Drug Test All Elected Federal Officials

California is poised to enact a law requiring doctors to pass a drug test before they will be allowed to practice medicine. This brazen violation of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is supported by a number of federal government officials, including Daniel R. Levinson, inspector general for the Department of Health and Human Services, and California Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer and Representative Nancy Pelosi, the Democrat minority leader of the House. Because government officials are statistically more complicit in illegality than doctors, we the undersigned demand the President call for random drug testing of all elected federal government officials from the highest level down to the most junior member of Congress on a monthly basis by a rotating group of private firms.

How about we stop anaylizing the contents of each others urine. The whole thing is fucking stupid. What's in my urine shouldn't matter to anyone.
 
Test anyone who advocates or participates in testing. If there's one thing I hate, it's a hypocrite.
 
Huh? Show me one doctor who's gone from pre-med to fully-licensed attending physician without at least one urine drug screen, probably several. What I see here is politicians making a show of making a difference, while in reality changing pretty much nothing. Clever.
 
Was upset by the first paragraph, then read Infowars and immediately knew the "drug test doctors" thing probably wasn't true. That's just the Infowars reputation for ya.

So I looked it up but the LA NBC affiliate puts it in less hyperbolic, sensationalist terms and give credence to both sides.

If congress, every politician, every police officer, every agency, etc....would be drug tested, investigated for corruption, etc.......80% or higher of them would be found guilty.
 
Test everyone in the government. If they aren't on drugs, reprimand them and provide them with a steady supply asap. Can't do much worse than what they're doing now, so it might just work out
