I'm pretty sure this guy is going to send you something back if you send him money, but it's certainly not what he is implying. If you read carefully, you will notice how he says things like "Every pill is packed with Pure amsterdamn quality, none of that cut North American..." and never specifies what is actually in these pills, bars, or whatever.
