The only real slang for money around here that's worth the name is "C note" for $100 notes.
Oh, there's the coin ones as well "loonie" for a $1 coin cause it has a loon on it (which are beautiful birds with the best call ever) and "toonie" for a $2 coin because it's two loonies.....has polar bears on it otherwise.
But paying for drugs with loonies and toonies is obviously a piss-take
Though, I did once buy K for a dear friend from an old Vietnamese lady at an underground club with a handful of coins. The dealer didn't want my money and gave me the vial of K anyway.
She was too embarrassed to approach this serious crew of old Vietnamese gangsters in the corner....I must have been feeling good cause I didn't give a fuck.
Though of another term that we use a lot: "yamming zoomies" or any combo of that with pronouns such as "when are you going to yam those zooms?"
or "and then I yammed the zoomies"
Just means mowed the zooms/mushrooms. Ate them.
But 'yam' means "to eat" in other contexts as well.
