(answered) drug selling place

i didnt care in the past because this place helped me a lot getting drugs but now days im becoming quite concerned for people being on here and getting drugs maybe because im aging and i dont care as much to get high but i should do something about it. you guys have several regulars who sell drugs here and one mod that i know of. i tried to talk to one moderator about it in PM but i was banned. im going to stay a bit longer to get enough information that i need of, and when i have the time ill talk to my lawyer about possible legal action. sick of the bullshit that is going on here. just wanted to mention it in public because my PM are never answered and i get banned for trying to do so now days. this will probably be deleted but i will keep it in my records i said it so i gave warning of what im going to do. so whoever is the main moderator, hopefully if you care enough you will investigate properly and maybe this can be resolved without any problems.

As for the rest; you're never going to get all "drug dealers" banned from here. Mainly due to the fact that drug dealers need harm reduction info as well to make sure they don't cut drugs with something poisonous. If they're selling drugs on here (or attempting to) that's against the rules of BL so any legal action would be a useless gesture.

I understand where you're coming from, but the admins will never have enough time or resources in order to investigate everyone. They have personal lives too, you know, and they mod this forum as volunteers.

Lol...what kind of legal actiom? Are you going to sue them for "providing" a way for you to get your drugs when you wanted them. Are the administrators of BL responsible for you making a choice to use and buy drugs? Maybe you should "sue the internet" for allowing drug dealers to exist ther as well...or the police for allowing them to sell drugs in your town or neighborhood!! I'm glad you have a plan of action, of course, "when you have time to talk to your lawyer about it".

Obviously since you were a participant in these supposed transactions you definitely need to report yourself also.you sound ridiculous. Now that its time to "take your ball and go home mad" you want to make threats to a site that helps so many and that you yourself took advantage of for many years? Pleasseee....what a jerk.
 
What's this a new caped crusader of the drug world? Grow up mate will ya. It didn't suit you before, but it suits you now to start reporting it, at least your ethics are sound!!!
 
If the OP is a member of this site in the first place, I don't get why the OP thinks it's such a big deal, especially to go to the trouble of legal action?

I respect the OP's opinion though. (No trolling here)

I didn't quite get why he wants to file a lawsuit, but I do agree with the rest of the stuff he's saying.
If someone is not following the rules, then he/she must be made aware of them and get a penalty/strike for it.
I'm not condemning anyone or saying that we must ban the mod in case (whoever that is), im just saying <3 you all.
 
you've been on this site on and off for 8 years. i would hope in that time you have learned that you can find a list of administrators here and senior moderators here. you should contact the senior moderators in charge of the forum you have an issue, then the admins if you feel senior moderators did not handle the situation fairly.

furthermore, there is a

report button where you can report any posts or PMs that are abusive or against the BLUA.

finally, your last ban was a result of you asking for drugs, not you alerting staff to someone else sourcing.

this is being closed as you now know the appropriate channels to take up this issues you mentioned in your first post.

i would also suggest you reread the above threads and take note that our responses continually tell you what the correct course of action to take is. yet you continue to not heed that advice and complain you get nowhere.

You have been issued 5 infractions for attempting to source drugs from bluelight, so we are certainly doing our part to try to stop sourcing from occurring here. All infractions can be viewed by all the members of staff so that nobody can unfairly issue an infraction like you claim you have been.

You said that there are members and a mod on here who deal drugs, and that when you contacted a moderator about it you were banned. First of all, moderators do not ban people from here. They issue infractions when a member violates forum guidelines or the bluelight user agreement, and if that member has prior infraction points active on their account then they add up to result in a temporary ban. If the member has no prior infractions then an infraction will just result in 1 point against the member, but no temporary ban, which again means that a moderator does not ban a member, so you were never banned by a moderator.

Second of all, the only time I saw you being infracted for contacting a moderator about sourcing was when you PM'd a moderator to ask them where to source a particular drug online. You did not PM a moderator to report sourcing that was going on and in turn got banned for doing so, but instead contacted a moderator to ask them for drugs and were issued an infraction for doing so. Now you are coming on here and completely twisting it around, for reasons unbeknownst to me.

If there is any truth to your post then please PM senior staff to let them know who is selling drugs on here. As animal_cookie just stated you can use the report function on any posts or PMs that break the rules so that we have official documentation of it instead of just hearsay. I hope that with your concern you have decided to stop causing problems for the site and instead become part of the solution.
