Drug screening and Xanax??

So, I started going to a local clinic for Subutex a few months ago after deciding to leave pain management. I was an opiate addict for 10 years and had been clean for 2 years prior to pain management. I also have a panic disorder for which I was taking Valium, but had to stop it when I went to the clinic. Unfortunately, the panic disorder remains. So yesterday I had a severe panic attack and I took a Xanax because I was desperate to make that miserable feeling go away... So what I need to know is; if I just took one blue football, how long will it be in my system? I always show positive for THC but they don't get shitty about it. But it did take over a month for the Valium to get out of my system. so I really don't feel like having a conversation with my counselor about why I'm coming up positive for benzo. Any help would be greatly appreciated! So thank you in advance
