This is probably just an urban legend... but apparently FRANCO COZZO'S is just a front for a huge-ass smack dealing op...
And... (apparently) when those damn annoying ads of theirs are played on late night TV("gran' sale, gran' sale, gran' sale), it means a new shipment has arrived...

i heard of a major wholesale speed network operating out of a well know australia wide homewears retailer, reliable scource but not sure if it is still in operation

Ermmm..guys....you all do realise that a lot of specifics are mentioned in this THREAD alone not to mention the one by Funkyfella.
I do realise that half of them are closed down, but hey! who knows what can happen???

GoneGoose - in regards to the ones I mentioned (no names mentioned) they are common knowledge in my area - so common the cops pay visit's to them daily. So I don't know about anything else, but what I have said is as common as people knowing there is a Coles in Sydney rd Coburg. Potentially dangerous....?

Yeah, well said Haste! The places I mentioned ans subsequently edited and removed were mentioned on the front page of the Sun Herald!!! Thats why they are closed down, everyone knows about them!!!
This is the thing - any busisness tha decides to sell illegal drugs doesn't last very long because of word of mouth!! It's always too good to be true!!

The places I mentioned are more reknowned for the fact that DD's hang out at them - it's not the proprietors who do the selling - mmmmat at time's though it makes you wonder if they have nothing to do with it?

Yeop, I've had this happen to me, and I'm in perth. We had just pulled out of the car park, where we had been to a few clubs and the cops pulled us over. They said that there were a fear drug rings running in the area, and that it was just a random checkup.. they proceeded to search our car n shit, busted us on weapons charged, changed their story to that we were speeding, fined us and let us go.
